Where can I find information on Rilla service fees?
The tariff for all available services can be found here: https://rilla.one/en/documents/tariff-en/
How do you set the prices?
Rilla’s team is efficient and many of our services are automated. We do not maintain a branch network or a huge office. Therefore, we can afford some of the services we offered to be free for you. Rilla’s functionalities are connected with external partners, suppliers, systems and financial institutions, which charge fees. We make every effort to minimize them or to cover part of these costs. But in order to be able to develop, provide you with services and become even better, we need our clients to get involved. Therefore, the clients are charged with reasonable fees for some of our services.
What is Rilla?
Rilla is a mobile application that helps you manage your money easily and conveniently. Rilla is just in the beginning of its development and as you read this, our team is working on the next functionality or product. We will be transparent with you and help you when you need it. We want to make Rilla the app where you feel comfortable while handling your money without difficulty and without wasting time.
Why don’t you have a branch network with staff?
Because we want to save you time and money, and this can only happen on your phone. We don’t need big offices where our employees do what you can do in the app with just a few taps on the screen. If you need help, we have a support team that will be happy to help you via chat, email or phone. The lack of branches allows us to allocate financial resources to save you some fees and invest in the development of new products and services.

Some of the services of the platform are provided by a company from the Group of MFG – Easy Payments Services OOD, which has a license for an electronic money institution issued by the Bulgarian National Bank. Another part are provided by April Finance EAD, which is again a company part of the Group of MFG and which is registered as a non-banking financial institution in the BNB register.

Another part are provided by April Finance EAD, which is again a company part of the Group of MFG and which is registered as a non-banking financial institution in the BNB register. Both companies provide financial services to customers according to the relevant regulations.
